Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your package ships.
During launches, promotions, and peak holiday periods, processing can take an extra 1–2 business days.

Free shipping applies automatically to any US order of $100 or more. No code needed.
International shipping is calculated at checkout.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs processing are outside our control.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email once your package leaves our facility. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Shipping addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide, and we can't reroute a package once it's shipped.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. You'll be responsible for the reshipment cost.
We ship to residential and business addresses, PO boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery to PO boxes and military addresses may take longer.
Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you don't have it, please check with your household and neighbors and look for a carrier notice. If it still hasn't turned up after 3 business days, email help@drmend.com and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.
We're not liable for packages marked delivered by the carrier or for theft after delivery. That said — talk to us. We handle these case by case and we'd rather keep you as a customer.
International orders — duties and taxes
Prices on our site do not include international duties, import taxes, or customs fees.
If your order is shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP), your country's customs authority may charge duties, import VAT, or handling fees before releasing your package. These charges are set by your government, are your responsibility, and are not collected by MEND.
Refusing a package to avoid customs charges does not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.
Important: dietary supplements are regulated differently in every country, and some ingredients that are legal in the United States are restricted elsewhere. It's your responsibility to confirm that the product can be legally imported into your country. We can't refund orders seized or destroyed by customs.
